Her: Uhhh?
Me: The Clash, are they trendy again?
Her: Who are The Clash?
Me: London Calling. It's a song by The Clash
Her: Uhhh?
Me: What do they teach you in history these days?
It's moments like that which make me feel as though I'm getting old. But then I decide I'm not and opt to blame the education system.
